Summary: Fondamentus is a major itinerant cultural, orchestral and choreographic event, conceived on the occasion of the celebration, in 2013 of several anniversaries in South East Asia: in Myanmar, the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations with France and the 10th anniversary of the French Centre in Mandalay; in Cambodia, the 20th anniversary of the International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Site of Angkor, classified as a World Heritage site, and the 10th anniversary of the classification by UNESCO of the Royal Ballet of Cambodia as intangible Cultural Heritage.
